The exhibition follows Padin's (b. Uruguay) many-sided artistic development. His career can be defined as part of "Activism", a movement focusing on criticism and denunciation reflected in works that include: performance art, visual poetry, mail art, video and internet art , artists books, and a series of publications and editions including the important Ovum of the 1970s. He is one of the most influential living aritsts in Uruguay.
The handwritten autobiography about life on an Ecuadorian hacienda is reproduced side-by-side with its transcription by the Programa Cochasquí.
