The JFK Assassination

The JFK Assassination

Autor: Don Becker

Número de Páginas: 362

Revised February, 2011 I called the book a researcher's guide for a reason. This book is a compilation of the material I read about the assassination, but in a totally different format. Easy to read; direct and to the point. I tried to give as much information as possible. Obviously I could not possibly put all the information in one book, so I was a bit selective in the data I recorded. It contains numerous aspects of the case and nearly every line will lead the researcher to the source of the information so they can continue to look into that particular topic. When I started my research, my goal was to prove Lee Harvey Oswald did not murder John Kennedy. By the time I proved Oswald did not shoot Kennedy, I noticed Oswald did not shoot Tippet either. Noting where he was seen before the shooting and where he was after the shooting will prove he was not at the window at 12:30pm; I will prove my point. I determined Oswald did not have time to get into position to do the shooting. The motorcade was scheduled to pass the Book Depository at 12:25 pm. Oswald was in the lunch room at 12:15 and Bonnie Ray Williams was on the 6th floor, alone, until 12:20. A good sniper would have been in...

THE JFK ASSASSINATION REVISITED

THE JFK ASSASSINATION REVISITED

Autor: James V. Rinnovatore & Allan Eaglesham

Número de Páginas: 197

James Rinnovatore and Allan Eaglesham provide proof that President Kennedy's body was in the Bethesda morgue well before the motorcade from Andrews Air Force Base arrived at the entrance to Bethesda Naval Hospital carrying the bronze casket in which the body had been placed at Parkland Hospital, Dallas. The casket was empty at this time, as it had been when it was placed in a gray navy ambulance for transportation from Andrews to Bethesda. The body had been removed from the bronze casket while Lyndon Johnson was being sworn in as president before Air Force One left Love Field. The purpose of the early arrival of the body at the Bethesda morgue was to alter the wounds, which had been found to be frontal by the doctors at Parkland. The wounds had to be reversed in order to implicate a lone assassin - Lee Harvey Oswald - shooting from the Texas School Book Depository. New information is provided regarding pre-autopsy photographs and exclusion of FBI agents from the autopsy room to prevent their discovery of the body there. Also provided are analyses of the reports of the Warren Commission, the HSCA, and the ARRB, of who planned the assassination, and the case for two Oswalds....

Crime of the Century

Crime of the Century

Autor: Michael L. Kurtz

Número de Páginas: 355

Now a classic, Michael Kurtz’s Crime of the Century recounts the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, and provides a detailed critical analysis of the investigations of the Warren Commission and the House Select Committee on Assassinations. Kurtz outlines the major areas of controversy about the assassination and sifts all the known evidence before concluding that both official inquiries failed to evaluate the considerable evidence of an assassination conspiracy. Kurtz also examines each of the most prevalent conspiracy theories and shows how often they fail to fit the facts. This third edition includes a new introduction, based on updated information about the assassination since the second edition was published in 1993, including material from the National Archives and several major recent interpretations of the events. Drawing on a variety of primary source materials from the National Archives and the FBI’s and CIA’s declassified assassination files, Crime of the Century remains a book of importance not only to students of the Kennedy assassination but also scholars of government response to political violence.

JFK Revisited

JFK Revisited

Autor: James Dieugenio

Número de Páginas: 356

Based on Oliver Stone's documentary, JFK Revisited, read the transcripts and interviews that will change the way you think about the John F. Kennedy assassination. JFK Revisited: Through the Looking Glass contains the two working original screenplays for Oliver Stone’s JFK Revisited; both the two-hour version, Through the Looking Glass, and the four-hour version, Destiny Betrayed. These films are the first documentaries to feature the work of the Assassination Records Review Board. The Assassination Records Review Board worked from 1994–98 releasing records that the government has classified in whole or in part on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. They ended up releasing about two million pages or approximately sixty thousand documents. They also pursued an investigation into the autopsy and medical evidence in the JFK case. Although their releases and discoveries were quite important to the evidentiary record, they received very little exposure in the mainstream media. They also released documents relating to Kennedy’s foreign policy in both Cuba and Vietnam. In the former case, these were plans by the Pentagon to create a pretext to invade Cuba. In the...

Elm Street.

Murder in Dealey Plaza

Murder in Dealey Plaza

Autor: James

Número de Páginas: 498

We now know vastly more about the killing of John F. Kennedy than was known 20 or 30 years ago, and new evidence is accumulating almost every day. This new evidence is being uncovered by the bold application of scientific and technological expertise to the assassination records, including the film, photographic, and autopsy records. Murder in Dealey Plaza presents the latest and best of the new assassination research. As a result of these freshly uncovered findings, it is possible to say with moral certainty and considerable scientific authority that the murder of President Kennedy was committed by a meticulously executed conspiracy which was then observed by an extensive cover-up.

A Cruel and Shocking Act

A Cruel and Shocking Act

Autor: Philip Shenon

Número de Páginas: 651

The questions have haunted our nation for half a century: Was the President killed by a single gunman? Was Lee Harvey Oswald part of a conspiracy? Did the Warren Commission discover the whole truth of what happened on November 22, 1963? Philip Shenon, a veteran investigative journalist who spent most of his career at The New York Times, finally provides many of the answers. Though A CRUEL AND SHOCKING ACT began as Shenon's attempt to write the first insider's history of the Warren Commission, it quickly became something much larger and more important when he discovered startling information that was withheld from the Warren Commission by the CIA, FBI and others in power in Washington. Shenon shows how the commission's ten-month investigation was doomed to fail because the man leading it - Chief Justice Earl Warren - was more committed to protecting the Kennedy family than getting to the full truth about what happened on that tragic day. A taut, page-turning narrative, Shenon's book features some of the most compelling figures of the twentieth century-Bobby Kennedy, Jackie Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, J. Edgar Hoover, Chief Justice Warren, CIA spymasters Allen Dulles and Richard Helms, ...

Reclaiming Parkland

Reclaiming Parkland

Autor: James Dieugenio

Número de Páginas: 584

New foreword by J.F.K. director Oliver Stone Reclaiming Parkland details the failed attempt of Academy Award-winning actor Tom Hanks and producer Gary Goetzman to make Vincent Bugliosi’s mammoth book about the Kennedy assassination, Reclaiming History, into a miniseries. It exposes the questionable origins of Reclaiming History in a dubious mock trial for cable television, in which Bugliosi played the role of an attorney prosecuting Lee Harvey Oswald for murder, and how this formed the basis for the epic tome. Author James DiEugenio details the myriad problems with Bugliosi’s book, and explores the cooperation of the mainstream press in concealing many facts during the publicity campaign for the book and how this lack of scrutiny led Hanks and Goetzman—cofounders of the production company Playtone—to purchase the film rights. DiEugenio then shows how the film adapted from that book, entitled Parkland, does not resemble Bugliosi’s book and examines why. This book reveals the connections between Washington and Hollywood, as well as the CIA influence in the film colony today. It includes an extended look at the little-known aspects of the lives and careers of Bugliosi,...

Trauma Room One

Autor: Charles A. Crenshaw , J. Gary Shaw

Número de Páginas: 294

The doctors who tried to save President John F. Kennedy at Parkland Hospital in November of 1963 agreed-either out of respect or fear-not to publish what they had seen, heard, and felt. Then in 1990, one of the Dallas surgeons who worked on JFK in Trauma Room One, Dr. Charles Crenshaw, decided after much deliberation that the American people ought to know the truth. "The wounds to Kennedy's head and throat that I examined were caused by bullets that struck him from the front, not the back, as the public has been led to believe," says Crenshaw. When the first edition of this book was published in 1992, under the title JFK: Conspiracy of Silence, Crenshaw revealed what he never had to opportunity to tell the Warren Commission. In the aftermath, the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) called Crenshaw's book "a fabrication." But JAMA's claim did not hold up in court and Crenshaw subsequently prevailed in a defamation suit against JAMA. In the process, a number of new medical disclosures and discoveries have emerged on the startling medical cover-up of the JFK assassination. CHARLES A. CRENSHAW, M.D. (1933-2001), a Texas native, was Chairman Emeritus of the Department of ...

JFK: caso abierto

Autor: Philip Shenon

Why the JFK Assassination Still Matters

Why the JFK Assassination Still Matters

Autor: Richard Buyer

Número de Páginas: 282

"We live in a great country. Yet we must have faith and trust in our government or we cannot succeed. On the other hand, the government must also believe in its own people. Both factions must tell the truth. For this reason, the JFK assassination still matters. History cannot be replayed but it can be rewritten." Why read another book about the JFK assassination? It's simple: the major crime of the twentieth century remains unsolved. Although the assassination of President John F. Kennedy happened in 1963, the reverberations of this horrific event are still felt today. Discrepancies and questions about the assassination remain unanswered. Was there a conspiracy behind the assassination? If so, who was involved? Why the JFK Assassination Still Matters discusses new ideas showing: Lee Harvey Oswald never fired a shot at the president The Warren Commission was a hoax and the single bullet theory was physiologically impossible Strange bedfellows emerged when the CIA formed a coalition with organized crime in an attempt to assassinate Fidel Castro President Kennedy became a threat to very powerful forces when he tried to establish a peaceful coexistence with Russia and Cuba About the...

The Assassination of JFK

The Assassination of JFK

Autor: Robert A. Wagner

Número de Páginas: 385

The Assassination of JFK: Perspectives Half a Century Later is the result of a reconciliation of widely divergent views of the assassination and who was responsible. For more than fifty years, the JFK assassination has ignited impassioned argument from those who believe the Warren Commission’s conclusion that one man, Lee Harvey Oswald, acted alone in killing President John F. Kennedy and those who believe that the assassination was spearheaded by the KGB, Castro, the mob, anti-Castro revolutionaries, the military complex, the CIA, or even Kennedy’s successor, Lyndon Baines Johnson, to name only a few. The conspiracy theories are almost too numerous to list and even include the fervent belief that Kennedy’s body was stolen prior to autopsy on the very evening of the assassination for the purpose of doctoring the body to frame Oswald. Bob Wagner digs into the enormous record of the assassination created by two government investigations and thousands of books and articles written by investigators, researchers, and historians. Bob describes the divergent views as being akin to two groups dividing the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle in half and attempting to produce complete pictures...

Hear No Evil

Hear No Evil

Autor: Donald Byron Thomas

Número de Páginas: 1080

Did a shot from the “grassy knoll” kill President Kennedy? If so, was Oswald part of a conspiracy or an innocent patsy? Why have scientific experts who examined the evidence failed to put such questions to rest? In 2001, scientist Dr. Donald Byron Thomas published a peer-reviewed article that revived the debate over the finding by the House Select Committee on Assassinations that there had indeed been a shot from the grassy knoll, caught on a police dictabelt recording. The Washington Post said, “The House Assassinations Committee may well have been right after all.” In Hear No Evil, Thomas explains the acoustics evidence in detail, placing it in the context of an analysis of all the scientific evidence in the Kennedy assassination. Revering no sacred cows, he demolishes myths promulgated by both Warren Commission adherents and conspiracy advocates, and presents a novel and compelling reinterpretation of the “single bullet theory.” More than a scientific tome, Hear No Evil is a searing indictment of the government’s handpicked experts, who failed the public trust to be fair and impartial arbiters of the evidence.

Incorporating the work of Ernst Titovets, this book explores the life of Lee Harvey Oswald, painting him as a real person—not as the straw man concocted to match the image of a lone assassin in search of greatness or infamy. Among other facets of his life and personality, the text explores Lee Harvey Oswald's relationships with Jack Ruby, David Ferrie, and Judyth Baker.
